Walk in bath sizes.
Standard / conventional.
It is normally possible to purchase and install a walk in bath to replace your existing conventional bath in terms of its size. These types of baths are ideal where a member of the household requires an easy access bath, and the rest of the household don’t.
It is worth considering that these standard baths will require the user to lower themselves into the seating position once in the bath, and to raise themselves to a standing position once finished bathing. To aid in entering and exiting a bath lift can be fitted.

Medium Sizes
Generally the most popular walk in baths usually have higher sides but are shorter in length. More often they have built in seats for the user. These baths often can be fitted with a shower canopy to enable the bath to also be used as a shower.
Example dimensions of this type of bath are:
Height – 1025mm
Length – 1200mm
Width – 720mm
Compact Sizes
If space is limited, or you would like a bath fitted in your bedroom, then a compact style may be suitable. As with medium size baths, the compact usually has a built in seat to easy access and exiting. Again a shower canopy can be fitted.

Height- 925mm
Length – 950mm
Width – 660mm
